"I contacted Sandra because I wanted her to help me with an issue, which limited my life in a very big way. Somehow due to my past, I considered happiness as dangerous. It might sound weird, but any time I felt my heart was feeling vibrant, I quickly had to shut it down, because otherwise something unbearable would have happened, or so I thought, since this was my immediate response - on an emotional and mental level. During the session, we went right back to where so many emotions were stuck and I could finally process those feelings which I had to suppress for so many years. It was a very cathartic experience, but right after the session, I already sensed an inner calmness expanding within. After the session, I faced several moments, where I would have simply shut the door to my heart, in order to remain unhurt, but I was able to experience and enjoy them instead.
